Mindset Marathon

The Mindset Marathon Challenge -

Ready to make massive changes in your life but don't know where to start? Looking for a little motivation and support to make positive changes? This challenge is designed to help you grow your mind - body - spirit practice through mindful awareness.

We have designed this challenge based on several of the challenges we've done over the last few years. Parts of this are from the #75hard, some are from The Whole 30, and some are inspired by our yogi friends but they are all part of us. 

This is a 75 day challenge that will positively change everything in your life. If you need help with setting goals in any of these phases please send us a message and we'll get you started on the right track.

The Mindset Marathon is based on the 5 Pillars of Growth:

  1. Food - Diet of your choice. We highly recommend that you log or journal ALL food intake.
  2. Fitness - Exercise plan of your choice. Must be 7 days a week and at least 45 minutes.
  3. Connection - Express gratitude to at least 1 person per day on social media.
  4. Spiritual Practice - At least 10 minutes per day. Meditation, Yoga, Tantra, or prayer.
  5. Purpose - At least 10 minutes per day of self development. Can be book, podcast, gratitude journal, or journal dedicated to personal development.

The goal is to spend time each day intentionally making your life better. Working on the 5 pillars of growth will bring you daily happiness.

The challenge is to do at least "1 thing" per day in each of the 5 pillars and make a social media post as a record. It can be one post, one post with all 5 items, a post about all 5 items together, or preferably a post about each item as they are happening.

Use hashtag #MindsetMarathon each day and if you want to keep track use #MindsetMarathonDay1,2,3,4..... etc...
